Platform Synchronization Intervals

For integrated platforms we currently employ a worker style architecture that synchronizes information between platforms at regular intervals.

Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce

Data Type	Interval
Product Information [Outbound]	at hour mark every hour
Product Information [Inbound]	at the 15 minute mark of every hour
Orders	at the 0, 15, 30 and 45 minute marks of every hour This includes new orders and fulfillments alike
Invoices	at the 5 minute mark of every hour

EDI

Activity	Interval
Inbound - 850, 856	at the 0, 15, 30 and 45 minute mark every hour
Outbound - 846	at the 55 minute mark of every hour
Outbound - 810	at the 55 minute mark of every hour
Outbound - 855	Immediately after an 850 is processed.

Web app users & API integrated accounts

Some users may choose to not use any integration and use the web app instead of an automatic integration. These users are essentially API integrated so they will see data as soon as it enters the Convictional network. This is true in the other direction as well though, the cadence at which users that do not use an automated integration receive and enter updated information depends on their personal work style and schedule.
