For integrated platforms we currently employ a worker style architecture that synchronizes information between platforms at regular intervals.

|Product Information [Inbound]||at the 15 minute mark of every hour|
|Orders||at the 0, 15, 30 and 45 minute marks of every hour|
This includes new orders and fulfillments alike
|Invoices||at the 5 minute mark of every hour|
|Inbound - 850, 856||at the 0, 15, 30 and 45 minute mark every hour|
|Outbound - 846||at the 55 minute mark of every hour|
|Outbound - 810||at the 55 minute mark of every hour|
|Outbound - 855||Immediately after an 850 is processed.|
Some users may choose to not use any integration and use the web app instead of an automatic integration. These users are essentially API integrated so they will see data as soon as it enters the Convictional network. This is true in the other direction as well though, the cadence at which users that do not use an automated integration receive and enter updated information depends on their personal work style and schedule.
